Stella Bialous, DrPH, RN, FAAN, professor in Social and Behavioral Sciences, is the recipient of the Friends of the National Institute of Nursing Research's (FNINR) 2024 Faye Glenn Abdellah Leadership Award. The award honors Bialous' research program for enhancing public awareness of the value of nursing science to improve health. Bialous will receive the award at the FNINR NightinGala celebration on Oct. 30 in Washington, D.C.
