Stella Bialous, DrPH, RN, FAAN, and Ruth Malone, PhD, RN, FAAN, both professors in Social and Behavioral Sciences, have been selected to join a global 14-member expert group that will develop a report on forward-looking tobacco control measures. The need for the expert group was established at the 10th Conference of the parties of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control, the only United Nations treaty focused on health.
